EALING SHORT COURSE OPEN

 

Over the weekend of 18th and 19th April a number of City’s swimmers competed at the Ealing Open. 12 year old Ed Sharp took gold in the 50m backstroke. Chris Currie took silver in the Boys 16 and over 400m freestyle. Gabriel Agostini, 12 years old, took gold in the 100m freestyle, silver in the 50m butterfly and bronze in the 200m IM. Ryan Bird, 15, took bronze in the 200m breaststroke. Ewan McBain, 13, took bronze in the 100m IM.

 

14 year old Weiyi Tan and 15 year old Elise Lawrence took gold in the 200m breaststroke for their respective age groups, whilst 10 year old Ayanna Fulga took bronze in her age group. Lawrence also won silvers in the 50m and 100m breaststroke and 200m IM and bronze in the 200m backstroke. Alissa Clarke, 14, won gold in the 200m freestyle. Also winning gold were 13 year old Jennifer Burrell and Jessica Todd, 14 years old, in the 50m backstroke. Todd also won bronze in the 200m backstroke.14 year old Emilia Chen took silvers in the 200m backstroke and 200m IM and bronze in the 50m and 100m freestyle. 13 year old Libby Jervis took silver in the 200m backstroke and bronze in the 400m freestyle.
