COSC Swim Equipment

Here is a list of basic swim equipment needed:

• Tight fitting swimwear 
• COSC swimming hat
• Training goggles
• Small kickboard
• Pull buoy (small one for under 10s) 
• Front facing snorkel (Rising Stars Silver - Youth)
• Large drinking bottle
• Shorts for pre-pool (to be worn over swim suits)
• Skipping rope 
• COSC Club KIt & poolside shoes - COSC T shirt & shorts for when the swimmer is competing regularly.

However, each squad will have a unique equipment list that is designed to aid their training and development. These will be communicated to the swimmers as they move through the pathways. If you have any questions or queries on equipment, please contact your coach.
