Are you a qualified swimming coach or teacher and looking for the opportunity to join a dynamic team? Our new Head Coach, Craig Oliver, is taking up his role with the City of Oxford Swimming Club in early December and is looking to grow his team.

COSC is going from strength to strength, rapidly expanding at the youngest and oldest ends of the club, with plenty of scope for the growth and development of our competitive and fitness cohorts in between.

Junior Group Coach

The City of Oxford Swimming Club is seeking a passionate Junior Group Coach to help develop our talented swimmers aged 10-14. If you hold a Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate or ASA Level 2 Coaching Award, this is your chance to work alongside an experienced coaching team, nurturing swimmers in a dynamic and supportive environment. With competitive pay (£18.50 - £21.00 per hour) and approximately 17 hours per week, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a thriving club.

Swimming Teachers

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable swimming teachers to join our friendly and professional team.

City of Oxford Swimming Club (COSC) – Learn 2 Swim Programme delivers high quality, low ratio, swimming lessons in small groups of up to six children. We deliver lessons for swimmers typically aged between 4 – 11yrs for stages 1 to 7, which both feed into our beginner competitive swimming club squads and higher stage lessons.
